1. General Conditions

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Fulfilment
We primarily serve the European market and collaborate with leading international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our facilities within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery: Generally 3–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that these are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance and regional logistics.

Risk of Loss: In accordance with European consumer protection standards, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon physical delivery to the specified address.

4. Payment Security
All payments are processed through Stripe, our secure third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms. The Company does not store or process sensitive credit card data on its own servers.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EEA Customers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing within the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us via email at tunnel@clicpettunnel.com.

6. Refunds & Returns Policy
Issue Resolution: If a product is received damaged or does not match the description, please provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt.

Remedies: Depending on the assessment, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Method: All approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. However, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence, particularly regarding mandatory consumer protection laws in the EU/EEA.
